Changing the dealer
Why do casinos seam to change the dealer when the customers are winning and leave the dealer for hours when we are losing?

RE: Changing the dealer
Casinos change the dealer for many reasons,
1) It is the dealers break, this is usualy done via a rota system.
2) The dealer is to in-experianced to deal to a higher value game.
3) Timimgs of breaks vary due to amount of staff working verses amount of tables open, this does change the time that dealers are at the table.
4) The floor manager changes the dealer to un-settle to confidence of the players (so reducing the value of their bet) and speed the game up.
Always remember that the mathematical odds are against you, The casinos controll the enviroment. They want to take your money and hate it when you take theres!
